Wow. We had a great experience here. Great price for what we got. Beautiful, spacious, well-lit room/apartment built with lots of wood. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast and afternoon ‘brunch’/snack (also a buffet!) had amazing food! Kind of stiff atmosphere in the eating room though -very quiet! Friendly waiters. Overall a great experience! Would recommend.
Fantastic hotel. The pool was lovely, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the rooms spotless. Shame I was only staying for a night! Oh, and the food was great too.
A wonderful hotel and ressort. We stayed four nights here and had a great time. We had a duplex room with lots of space and beautiful views. The ressort has a great spa with indoor and outside pool, sauna, steam room and relax room. You can also book massages and treatments. It had a nice restaurant, offers a great breakfast, and a traditional meranda in the afternoon.
Surprisingly much value for money, not only for the quality of the rooms, but also for the included breakfast and brunch (!). Also the Spa is free. No brainer.
A brilliant place to stay whilst enjoying the ski area. Rooms are a good size, food and service was great and delivered by a hard working team. We would recommend

I usually don't leave reviews like this but felt it was necessary to share my experience.
Day 1.
unfortunately we were put in a handicap room. This would have been fine if they figured out how to properly close the shower. The entire bathroom turned into a flood zone when showering. It overflowed into the living space and all of our belongings got wet. We reported this to the front receptionist and kindly asked if we could be moved into a non handicap room and explained the situation. They kindly responded we will move you first thing tomorrow morning. We did not unpack our bags.
Day 2.
We walked downstairs around 10 am and spoke with another woman at the check in counter. She said she had no available rooms until tomorrow. (why were we told we would be moved today then?) We kindly explained again that we did not book a handicap room and we wanted to be moved because of the bathroom situation and a loud noise that would start around every hour. Absolutely horrible noise!. she apologized for the inconvenience and said there was really nothing she could do until tomorrow morning and that we would be charged an additional 350 eur if we wanted to change rooms. We didn't pay or request for a handicap room there should be no penalty or extra charge to be moved into a room we should have been in from day 1.
Why would I be charged an additional 350 eur?? bc you decided to place me in a room with a shower that doesn't work properly and sounds like someone is doing construction in it. Absolutely ridiculous! They wanted us to be placed in a larger room that we did not need. She said the manager would be in tomorrow morning and we could discuss it with her. Who in their right mind would pay 350 eur more just to have a normal working shower. unreal!!
Day 3
Check in woman said she was not aloud to move us without charging the 350 eur that this was a decision only the manager could make and she would be in in the afternoon. fast forward, the manager never came in.
We asked the woman to kindly call her so we could speak to her as we still have not unpacked our bags and the water and noise was still an issue.
Speaking with the manager she said there was nothing should could do without charging us more. THIS WAS NOW TURNED INTO A DECISION ONLY THE CEO COULD MAKE. Is this a joke?
How is it that the manager of the hotel can not make these decisions on her own.
She said she would try to contact the CEO and see if there was anything he could do.
She also said the CEO would contact us in regards to our stay.
Day 4.
After all of the back and forth we decided we should leave. Nothing was resolved.
We had two large ski bags with all our belongings in them. you can imagine what a nightmare it is to not be able to unpack this as we planned on staying for 7 nights. They would not refund us for the the last few nights. We checked out and were told we would not be refunded for the last few nights even though we aren't staying there.. Sad to say but i rather leave and pay two hotels at the same time than deal with this hotels poor service!
It would be a really nice spa but many people are wearing sweaty swimsuits in the saunas! It is discuasting and against the spa rules but the employees are doing nothing about it. It is a shame because it has potential...
